Welcome
Over the past year, we spent time exploring compliance systems, audit logging, and enterprise scrutiny mechanics. That work was not wasted. It clarified how organizations prove trust, how evidence moves through systems, and where operational friction hides. But it also revealed something more fundamental: the real leverage isn’t in the compliance layer — it’s in the infrastructure beneath it.
We work with early-stage AI teams and buid production systems under real pressure — real users, real cost constraints, real operational risk. Early-stage teams tend to move quickly on model performance and product iteration, but infrastructure decisions often trail behind. The consequences don’t appear immediately. They surface later — as unstable deployments, ballooning GPU bills, unclear failure boundaries, or engineers spending more time managing systems than improving them.
Those moments aren’t caused by lack of talent. They’re caused by structural decisions made too late, or without visibility into long-term trade-offs.
This site is an ongoing record of designing those structures correctly. The work here is practical. It revolves around production ML systems that must run continuously, scale responsibly, and remain understandable months later. It involves balancing reliability against cost, clarity against speed, and minimalism against future growth. It means choosing which complexity to accept and which to eliminate.
Rather than publishing tutorials or commentary, I’ll document decisions. Architecture diagrams. Cost trade-offs. Refactors. Failures. Improvements. The goal is not volume; it is compounding clarity.
Over time, the intention is simple: work alongside ambitious AI teams, build infrastructure that holds under real usage, extract the repeatable patterns, and gradually distill them into reusable modules. No premature productization. No abstraction without implementation.
If it does not help a team ship more reliably or operate more economically, it does not belong here.
This is a working log.You can find more about what we are working on here.
